Promotion Period
The Black Friday Sale offering up to 20% off is valid from 6pm on Thursday, November 28, until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024 (NZST). This promotion is available exclusively online at https://thehydrocentre.co.nz/ and at the Taranaki Hydro Centre store.

Discount Details

  • The up to 20% off discount applies only to select full-priced products and ranges as outlined below.
    • 20% OFF Selected Items
  • Prices on the website reflect the discount during the promotional period.
  • Exclusions apply: products outside of the above product ranges, clearance items, and special delivery service fees are not eligible for this discount.

Stock and Availability

  • Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Once an item is sold out, no further stock will be made available at the promotional price.
  • No rain checks or holds are available on our Black Friday sale items.

Returns and Exchanges

  • All items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or credits are not permitted unless the item is faulty.
  • Due to fluctuating stock levels, we cannot offer exchanges during this period.

Combining Discounts

Shipping and Delivery

  • Due to high demand during the Black Friday Sale period, please allow additional time for order processing and delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times, and refunds will not be issued if orders are delayed by couriers.
